Happy Thursday evening, my friends! How was your day today? I hope you enjoyed it to the MAXIMUM!
Personally, I had a wonderful day in beautiful Venice Beach, California with one of my best friends!
Guys and girls, I kid you not, it was nearly 100 degrees in Southern California today! I surfed for a little while although the waves were a bit larger than my liking! Still, with the water temperature was warmer than I can remember in quite some time, a good friend with me, AND a mai-tai, it was the perfect recipe for a perfect day.
The ocean in general brings me so much happiness. I feel very blessed to be able to be so close to it while living here in Hollywood! The only "annoyance" is that the L.A. traffic makes it feel like the ocean is farther away than it really is. No complaints, though! Everywhere has something! Haha.
Also, let's not forget that it was a weekday when I was at the beach. What a blessing! (That's one of the many incredible privileges of working as an actor, you'll have random days off!) Of course, as an actor you'll also need to work extremely hard. Extremely. Hard. It's a wild, crazy and incredible field of work, and you can read all about acting and the entertainment biz here at acting.about.com.
Now, at 12 AM, the clock as turned onto 9/11/15. My mother, Judy Daley, posted a beautifully written article about 9/11/01 today. If you have time, please check it out here. It's hard to believe that 14 years have passed since that day. #NeverForget.
- I will talk with you all in a little bit. For now, I'm off to get some rest! I took a bunch of videos from the beach today, and after reviewing it, I'll post a video to my YouTube! Next time, I hope you all will join me on Venice Beach; we can surf and it up! (If the waves are a bit smaller, that is!) ;)
Lots of Love, my friends!
